Making a Booking
You can book with The Word Travels and pay for your trip simply and securely either online or offline:
- Book online using our Booking Form
- Or book by post - print out the Booking Form, fill it in by hand, and post it to us at: The Word Travels, The Studio, Garden Cottage, The Down House, Blandford, Dorset DT11 9AD
What to pay and when to pay it
A deposit of 10% of the total holiday cost should reach us as soon as possible. We will hold your booking for 7 days to enable you to pay by cheque (should you so wish)
The Balance of the holiday cost should reach us 8 weeks before the holiday starts. Please put a note of this date in your diary.
If booking within 8 weeks of the holiday please send the total payment when you book.
How to Pay
You can choose to pay:
- Online via our secure PayPal site, which accepts payment by credit card, debit card, bank account, or Paypal balance
- By electronic bank transfer
- By cheque, within the UK
Please state your preferred method of payment by checking the appropriate box on the Booking Form. We will then send an email with all the necessary details to make payment.
