Lorca and Granada: Beauty, Passion and Tragedy.
This 5 day literary walking tour in the city of Granada and surrounding area explores and celebrates the work of the great Spanish poet Federico Garcia Lorca, Washington Irving, Gerald Brenan, and the composer Manuel de Falla.
Includes all accommodations in comfortable, clean, family run hotels, two meals each day (breakfast and either lunch or dinner), tour of the Alhambra Palace, guided tours and walks, and all local transport.

ITINERARY
On the first 2 days we explore Granada, visiting The Alhambra, the Parque Federico Garcia Lorca, the poet's summer house, and walking throughout the city.
On the 3rd day we explore Yegen and the Sendero De Gerald Brenan.
The final two days are spent in the charming village of Bubion. The village offers breathtaking views of the Poqueira Ravine, where the villages of Pampaneira, Bubion and Capileira are located.
In Bubion we will visit the café-bar where Lorca stayed during visits to Las Alpujarras. The building was then a guesthouse. A short walk to Capileira will take us to one of the poet's favourite restaurants.
On the final day of the tour, members have the choice of horseback riding near Bubion with the veteran horsewoman Dallas Love, or a walk in the countryside near Bubion, including a visit to the wonderful waterfall near the path between Bubion and Pampaneira.
